Bad parenting 101.
If anyone reading this is a parent, understand that this really is dangerous, and all too common. Working as mall security, and responding to all the problems that occur there, people really do get hurt. Also, never have a child in a stroller on escalators either. I once watched an infant tumble out of a stroller and faceplant on the steps.
I bet you laughed out loud.
And pointed.
I used to have nightmares that I was going to get stuck under the escalator. I'm still wary of them.
