How'd they turn out? My sister experimented on us with "bacon cookies" a couple of months back and they were pretty terrible.
Eh. They're tasty, but there's not enough bacon flavor. They're just like normal choco chip cookies, with a smokey/salty after taste.
So.....more bacon then?
Yeah, that's the idea. At least flip the bacon/chocolate ratio, from 1/2 to 2/1. Erin thinks I should drop the chocolate altogether.
